It’s that time of year again – and at least this year, it feels like we have turned a corner and things are returning to normal. As the year has progressed, it’s great to see the gradual change, with in-person meetings and events becoming far more frequent once again. On a personal level, that makes a great deal of difference to someone like myself, who enjoys the creative spark and interaction of meeting and talking to people – for work and leisure – in the ‘real’ rather than the ‘virtual’ world.
As I reflect on 2022, I think it’s been a very positive year for me personally. I’ve revitalised the Barnhill Consulting website, which in turn has helped me to focus on my offering and how I want the company to be perceived. I’ve also launched my Challenge 22 programme, with an emphasis on Coaching for Leaders. It was great to run the first session recently, see people face-to-face and get them around a table again in person.
As we look ahead to 2023, it will be exciting to see what the year holds in store. I’m sure we all have plans and ambitions and it’s all part of life and work to see these ambitions reach fruition. I’m looking forward to working once again with clients old and new, to carry out my coaching and mentoring, and hopefully help people achieve their business goals.
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, as we look forward to 2023.
Season’s Greetings
