CHALLENGE TEAM 26: PEER GROUP COACHING WORKSHOPS FOR LEADERS

Challenge Team workshops provide the opportunity for delegates to benefit from the valuable – and increasingly rare – peer group dynamic. Each new cohort fosters a strong element of collaboration and self-help, which facilitates deep reflection, open discussion and rewarding peer engagement. In a business world where pressure can be dangerously high and burnouts are a real possibility, it is essential to connect, to share, be listened to and be valued.

The workshops are held from 10am to 3pm at the Cock O’ Barton: Barton Rd, Barton, Malpas.

Content will be dynamic and reflect the needs of the group. Where relevant, an outside speaker will be engaged for the morning part of the session.

BARNHILL RETREAT

Exploring the mind/body connection

Friday 27 November 2026
Wild Pheasant Hotel, Llangollen

Back for a third time, the Barnhill retreat will be taking place this November. The business retreat will take place at the Wild Pheasant Hotel, in the beautiful rural setting of Llangollen in North Wales.

With emphasis on the mind/body connection, underpinned by plenty of appropriate physical exercise and a gentle Pilates workout by Kathryn Crowley www.kcpilates.co.uk, Jeff will help you to ‘get in the zone’ and warm up properly for a personal best performance.

You will be working hard, and there will be plenty of stimulating exercises and interaction as vital business issues such as collaboration and inclusivity are addressed. The retreat will be carefully curated to create the sort of wholesome challenge which is needed for efficient stretching of goals, whilst minimising the risk of exhaustion or burnout.

The retreat is £375 and includes refreshments throughout the day. However, if you book before 31 July 2026, you will receive a 10% early bird discount.
