coaching for leaders

Coaching for Leaders workshop

On 27 July, I will have the pleasure of reuniting the first cohort from my ‘Coaching for Leaders’ workshop, which took place in Carden Park at the end of 2019. Apart from the satisfaction of tapping once again into the energy and revitalising positivity that this group constantly show, it will be a great opportunity for me to harness the motivation which surely lies behind such a ‘phoenix’ meeting. It will also foster debate about the new narrative which is emerging in business leaders and thought leaders everywhere at this time.

Reconnecting and planning

Much has changed since we were last together and it will be interesting to hear everyone’s views on how things in the business world have developed. This is the case for business owners and managers, and also employees. Models such as working from home and hybrid working are now having to be incorporated into any business decisions. As a result, it’s imperative that those in business have a clear idea of the direction they want their companies to travel in. It’s also made me think how nice it is to be able to plan things in again, such as my ‘Coaching for Leaders’ workshop, and know it’s not going to get cancelled. And it’s great to be able to meet up in person again, as there is no substitute for seeing and hearing people’s views in the real, rather than the virtual, world.

Challenge 22

Towards the end of the year, I will be adapting the format of the 2019 workshop to continue my programme of events. This one will provide a better response to the changing needs of leaders and agenda-setters here in the North West and North Wales. You can expect to see a format emerge called Challenge 22. This will combine the best of the peer group model with the success and drive of a high-growth model, based on rigorous and tried-and-tested coaching principles. The aim of the group will be to upskill, empower and connect at the very highest and most effective level, whilst building sustainably for the future, with the resilience now so vital in today’s world.
